Beginner Boxing Classes

The purpose of the beginners course is to effectively introduce the participant to the basics of boxing in a small group (1–5 people).

A guidance course starts every Monday. You can choose from two start times: 17:00 or 18:30. Additionally, on Wednesdays at 18:00.

Small group (1–5 people)

Duration: 1–2 weeks depending on the participant's progress

After the beginners course, the goal is to direct the enthusiast to the most suitable group: fitness boxing, boxing school, competitive boxing, or private coaching.
